Our Story

Conze Disability Support Services was born out of a recognized need for support that is not only meaningful but also truly client-focused, particularly for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) and complex participants. Our founders were inspired to create a service where every individual receives the attention, respect, and tailored care they deserve, breaking barriers and building bridges within the community.

Our Director brings a wealth of experience, with eight years in the UK and ten years in Australia, specializing in applying Social Work principles, community engagement, and organizational leadership. With a strong background in supporting individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in fostering inclusive environments and empowering diverse communities.
